Jim Nowak – Operations Manager & Buyer’s Agent
Jim Nowak plays a dual role as our Operations Manager and Buyer’s Agent, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the team.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jim graduated from Canisius College, where he began his career as a Sales Marketing intern with USA Today Newspaper. After earning his degree, Jim continued at USA Today and Gannett Newspapers, holding various sales, distribution, and customer service positions. His hard work and expertise led to his role as Regional Market Director for Upstate NY and Ontario, Canada, where he managed the sales and distribution for more than 25 national and local newspapers.
Now, as part of our real estate team, Jim leverages his exceptional organizational skills, market knowledge, and customer-first approach to help buyers find their dream homes. His extensive background in sales and customer service ensures that every client feels supported and confident throughout the home-buying process.
Jim lives in West Henrietta with his wife, Dawn.

Cary lives in West Henrietta with her husband, their two children and Scarlett, their energetic Goldendoodle.
